What are the session fees?

Sessions are $160 (+credit card fees) for a 50 min session - with the choice of gathering together in person or via telehealth, whichever is preferred. Should cancellations be needed, as life likes to rearrange on us, 24 hours notice is requested. Session fee will be charged in the absence of requested notice. Services may discontinue with more than 2 cancellations in a three month period.

If you’re hesitating here, I understand. I understand that therapy is an investment, and that there are many options when it comes to pursuing who is trusted with this investment - so it’s essential to choose the right person to walk with you during this time. While I wholeheartedly believe that personal healing, confidence and peace is not only possible, but worth it for every last one of us, I believe the work is infinitely more powerful when the right bond and respectful boundaries are present between therapist and client to keep the relationship healthy. For that reason, please don’t hesitate to take advantage of the free 15 minute consultation. Bring your questions, bring your fears, bring your concerns - my intention is to ensure that should we choose to work together, you are as comfortable as possible as we begin our journey.

In compliance with the No Surprises Act, the session fees are as noted above and a Good Faith Estimate is as follows for self pay clients that are not interested in pursuing out of network reimbursement from their insurance provider for services. The Good Faith Estimate provides clients with fee expectations while receiving therapeutic services. If you are receiving weekly sessions, the estimated monthly fee at Quite Centered Counseling Services would be $660.68. Bi-weekly session fees would amount to an estimated fee of $330.34 per month.

In compliance with The Good Faith Estimate, if a fee becomes associated with a service, the client will have knowledge of the fee and be required to accept responsibility for the charges prior to the service being provided.
